Upon occurrence of an insurance event, depending on the conditions of the insurance contract and the term of the policy, the insured person (the person signing the respective insurance policy or a person authorised by him/her) presents claims at the office of the insurance company. An inspection is held and assessment of the incurred damages and losses is made by a surveyor, after which the respective insurance indemnity is paid within 15 days.

Most often, our clients decide on the “Residential buildings and home property” insurance scheme. This insurance covers the better part of the risks. The insurance is for natural persons and covers also moveable property in the amount of up to 30% of the insurable amount, with no inventory of it.
