However, no photographs, descriptions and advertisements could replace your personal impression from a property as a result of a real viewing. That is why we advise you to take some time, 3-4 days are sufficient, to visit and see Bulgaria with your own eyes, feel the atmosphere of its cities, hear the advice of our specialists, visit the properties you are interested in, and take a decision based on what you have seen!
 

Our introductory visits continue for 4 days and follow the schedule below:
 

1^st day – arrival, airport reception by a representative of our company, accommodation in a hotel and a preliminary conversation
 

2^nd and 3^rd day – viewings of properties in the regions of interest to you, negotiations with sellers of approved properties
 

4^th day (1^st half) – signing of booking documents, consultation with lawyers on the preliminary contract and the forthcoming signing of a title deed.Departure.
 

Our company provides you with airport reception, transfer to the hotel, and also accommodation in a 3-star hotel. In the event of purchase of a real property in the amount of EUR 50,000 we will refund you the expenses on your visa, and upon purchase in the amount over EUR 50,000 we will refund you the air fare.
