Fixtures and fittings in flats in Bulgaria
Depending on the stage of completion of the purchased dwelling, we are ready to offer our clients assistance in the organisation of the building completion activities and the furnishing.

Newly constructed sites are delivered in 3 different levels of completion:

  • Level of completion “under BDS” (Bulgarian State Standard): floors – finished on cement screed, walls –plastered.

  • Level of completion “Turnkey”. Normally, walls – painted with latex paint; floors – laminate flooring or terracotta; bathroom equipped with sanitary ware, mixer taps, a shower stall; complete wiring. It is possible to have kitchen equipment, one or several air conditioners and a hot water boiler.

  • Furnished flat (occasionally with appliances and other small domestic accessories)

In the event a client has chosen a dwelling with level of completion “under BDS”, we are ready to offer designer services for creating the interior design, and after that suggest contractors that will implement the design. This gives our clients the opportunity to design and realise a truly individual atmosphere in their dwelling. On behalf of the client, we monitor the purchase of the materials, the construction and assembly works and submit the respective reports.

For the flats with level of completion “Turnkey” the next step is their furnishing. Again, the client here has two options: to opt for some of the ready furnishing packages or select the fixtures and fittings at their own choice. Our specialists offer the clients a wide variety of ready packages, but they can also help in the individual choice of furniture (with catalogues of the furniture manufacturers or a tour around the furniture shops). The choice of appliances can be organised in the same way.

If the dwelling that has aroused the client’s interest is a private house, the range of services here is much wider. For instance, with our assistance the client can order the construction of a swimming pool or a garage in the property, as well as organise the landscaping and maintenance of the garden.

In a nutshell, every client’s wish can be gratified with the help of our associates!

Firstly, the furniture package includes the most necessary furniture exactly for a studio flat. That is, if you order a package, you can be sure that your flat will have all the most important items.

Secondly, the furniture packages are developed by professional designers, which fact guarantees a harmony of colours, fabrics and models.

Thirdly, the furniture package furnishing package is developed to serve as a starting point. From that point on, we continue with the work specifically on your studio flat. Our designers check once again how the furniture will look like in view of the area and peculiarities of the studio flat. They will advise you in case something does not fit or match well with the rest of the furniture and will suggest a reasonable alternative.

Each furniture package is designed to correspond to the size and layout exactly of your flat!
